3. No refunds on license keys

Because license keys and digital access can be revealed, copied, redeemed, or used immediately after purchase, Surf Cheats does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment is completed or a key is delivered.
Refunds may be considered only at Surf Cheats' sole discretion if a duplicate charge, billing error, or failed delivery is confirmed by Surf Cheats. Asking for a refund does not guarantee approval.
4. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact Surf Cheats support before opening a dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or chargebacks after receiving a license key may result in revoked access, canceled keys, blocked future purchases, and evidence being submitted to the payment processor.
5. Reseller balance
Reseller balance is store credit for purchasing keys through the Surf Cheats reseller system. Reseller balance has no cash value, is not a bank account, and is not refundable after purchase. Discounts apply only while eligible balance remains available.
6. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for checking product compatibility, reading product details, and making sure you understand what you are buying before completing checkout. Surf Cheats is not responsible for user error, device issues, account restrictions, third-party platform changes, or incorrect information entered by the customer.
7. Website and brand ownership
The Surf Cheats name, website layout, product images, product names, branding, text, graphics, design, and store experience are owned by Surf Cheats or licensed to Surf Cheats. You may not copy, clone, reproduce, scrape, imitate, resell, rebrand, or publish a confusingly similar version of this website, the Surf Cheats brand, or Surf Cheats product pages without written permission.
If any person or business copies the Surf Cheats website, product pages, product images, branding, name, or other protected content, Surf Cheats reserves the right to take action. This may include takedown requests, platform reports, payment processor reports, domain registrar reports, DMCA or intellectual property complaints, and any other legal action available.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the website to commit fraud, abuse checkout systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, attack the site, interfere with store operations, impersonate Surf Cheats, or misrepresent your relationship with Surf Cheats.
